Create 3 honest sample projects that show employers how you communicate, organize work, and use digital tools. Label them “practice project” or “sample project”—never paid experience.
Choose a role before building samples: customer support, chat support, virtual assistant, operations assistant, scheduling coordinator, help desk, or data entry. Then mirror the skills in real job postings.
Try: • A customer-support response to an upset customer • A spreadsheet task tracker with formulas and filters • A project update showing completed work, blockers, and next steps
For every sample, include: target role, scenario, tools used, process, finished result, and what you would improve. Use a view-only link, PDF, or free portfolio page. Remove personal information.
